I burnt my life down to heal...and here's why

When I say that I've healed my Endometriosis, I know everyone is curious for the checklist, the curated guidebook and documented journey.

The reality - It was slow. It was hard. I had to burn my whole life down once I realised that you cannot heal in the same environments, patterns, relationships, rhythms that festered the disease in the first instance.

I know this isn't sexy and sellable but its the truth. The sooner we stop relying on the magic pill, the sooner you will have real change. NOTHING and NO ONE is coming to save you. There I ripped the bandaid off.

Now what is left? YOU! And all your power.

You hold the keys to your true health and change. Layer by layer, step by step and block by block. You truly are your greatest healer.

I will share some of my biggest realisations;

+ Quick fixes are not the same as a quick win. A quick win will build momentum but looking for a quick fix will leave you at the starting line again. A quick win for me - water quality and filtering it.

+ I couldn't move the same and expect to move the needle.  Quick win - started lifting heavy things are home and doing squats/lunges/walks. Literally pick up something heavy in your house and use it. You don't have to have an Instagram worthy "home gym"

+ Became my own advocate. in 2026 - not doing your own research is beyond silly. You know your body best and we now have access to the worlds knowledge and individual's experience. Use your gut instincts and dont pedestalise someone to save you. Quick win - found MSM and started using daily.

+ My emotions/stress are not seperate to my health. You are the sum of your life. Miserable at work, unhappy relationships and poor friendships absolutely are affecting your health, but guess what? You have free will to change this at any time. Quick win - reviewed how I was showing up in my business for clients. Removed my self importance and need to "hustle" 24/7.

+ Labelling myself kept me sick and stuck. I know this sounds harsh but once I stopped labelling myself at sick my body started to change, respond and heal. Quick win - I would lie in bed at night with my hands in a heart shape on my womb and speak love, trust, my apologies and forgiveness into my body. Your body is always listening and feeling how you move through this world.

Your body is listening.
Your body is responding.
Your body is nature.

Your thoughts, words, emotions and actions affect your bodies ability to deal with inflammation.
 
After two weeks of speaking to your body in this way, scans showed a measurable drop in inflammation markers.  That's impressive.

Now do this with my - put your hands on your womb in the shape of heart and say this Hawaiian prayer with me;

It consists of saying: I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you"

The Hoʻoponopono, a powerful four-phrase mantra used to cleanse negative emotions, forgive, and express gratitude. Years later, I would have my first ever astrology reading and they mentioned this this mantra, with a huge smile of gratitude I shared how it helped heal my relationship with my body.
