Is Inflammation Silently Running the Show? Here's How to Tell.

Contrary to what you might think, you don’t need a blood test to know something’s off.
If you’re feeling puffy, foggy, tired or a little too snappy for your liking… there's a really good chance that you actually might be inflamed.

But here’s the thing: inflammation isn’t always loud.  It can lurk in the background. Worse still, it can disguise itself as PMS, burnout or “just getting older.”

And how do you really know?

We see it all the time - women chalking up their symptoms to stress or hormones, when really, inflammation is behind the scenes pulling the strings.

What Does Inflammation Actually Look Like?

Inflammation is your body’s natural response to injury or stress, but when it becomes chronic, it can start to disrupt everything, from your digestion to your hormones to your brain.  

Some of the most common signs include:

+ Brain fog or poor memory
+ Mood swings, anxiety, feeling “on edge”
+ Heavy or irregular periods
+ Chronic pain or stiff joints
+ Fatigue that naps can’t fix
+ Bloating, acid reflux or sluggish digestion
+ Hot flashes or night sweats
+ Always getting sick or taking forever to bounce back

These symptoms don’t always scream inflammation but when they cluster together, it’s worth paying attention to what your body is trying to tell you.
