Where do I start?
THE ABSOLUTE is the starting point for most women. But we designed it as an amazing duo The Foundation, THE ABSOLUTE + MSM together. THE ABSOLUTE resets the gut and soothes and repairs, binds excess hormones, elevatess mood and support bowels; MSM clears the liver pathway and addresses systemic inflammation.

Which size should I choose?
THE ABSOLUTE: 140g / 35 serves ($59.95, $1.71/serve) to start. 220g / 55 serves ($74.95, $1.36/serve) — best value, suits a household.
MSM: 70g / 35 serves ($37.95, $1.08/serve) to start. 110g / 55 serves ($45.95, $0.83/serve) — best value.

Plus, we've just added convenient TRAVEL sachets to help create consistency. You can leave them at work, your handbag or at your partners house. But the main point is just to take it daily to feel the potential benefits.
How do I take them?
Mix into water, juice, or a smoothie and consume immediately. Do not mix in a smoothie and leave for 3 hours. The fibre needs to be in your system to do the work, not in your bottle. Follow with 2L of filtered water across the day. Instructions are also printed on the pack. All M BODY products can be stacked together.
Can I take them with other supplements or medications?
M BODY is food, gentle and generally well tolerated. If you're taking medication please consult with your practitioner before any dietary changes. For specific medical conditions or medications, direct your questions to your healthcare professional, this is general information, not medical advice.

I thought MSM was just for hair and nails, is that all it does?
No. Hair and nails are the visible, downstream result of MSM’s deeper work: reducing systemic inflammation and supporting liver detoxification. The beauty benefits are real; they’re evidence of the underlying work, not the goal itself.
Is MSM the same as collagen supplements?
No. Collagen supplements provide pre-made collagen the body struggles to absorb intact. MSM supplies the sulphur your body needs to produce its own collagen, a more direct route.
Why does MSM taste slightly metallic?
That’s natural to sulphur, not a sign of poor quality. But if it tastes REALLY bitter for you, this can be a sign of excess heavy metals. Many women notice the taste fades over time as the body’s heavy metal load reduces.
Who It’s For
Can men take M BODY products?
Yes. THE ABSOLUTE is real food — men can receive the same benefits for gut health, liver support, digestion, immune function, bowel support, energy and hormone balance.
Can children take it?
Yes. Start with half a teaspoon for younger children and ensure they stay well hydrated. We don't recommend ENERGY CURRENCY for children. Not TGA-assessed for paediatric use specifically — consult your healthcare professional if you have questions.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
It is food, and we don't know of any known contrainindications. For all dietary changes during pregnancy please consult with your practitioner. It has not been TGA-assessed for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is not medical advice.
Ingredients & Sourcing
Is it Australian made?
The ABSOLUTE is small batch blended in Queensland, Australia for freshness each month. MSM is sourced from the US, pharmaceutical grade. ENERGY CURRENCY’s creatine (Creavitalis®) is sourced from Germany, micronised. The highest grade and most micronised globally, with 30 years of manufacturing quality, we know our Creatine is the best available and tasteless.
Is it organic?
Every food-based ingredient in THE ABSOLUTE and BAKE is organic — flaxseed, psyllium husk, chia, slippery elm, PHGG. No added sweeteners, flavours, fillers, or synthetic additives.
Is it gluten free / dairy free / vegan?
Yes to all three. Also soy free, non-GMO. If you’re coeliac: ingredients are sourced from multiple suppliers, so we cannot guarantee the product meets coeliac-safe cross-contamination standards. Formulated without nuts, but for the same reason we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment for severe anaphylactic allergy.
How does MSM support the liver?
Phase 2 liver detoxification — where toxins, heavy metals, and excess hormones are made water-soluble for excretion — depends on sulphur. MSM is an organosulphur and the highest grade available, it fuels that pathway directly.
How does MSM help with joint pain?
It reduces the inflammatory compounds attacking joint tissue while supplying the sulphur needed to rebuild cartilage, tendons, and ligaments.

How long will my order take?
Orders are packed once daily, Monday–Friday, from Queensland. Domestic shipping runs on the Australia Post network. International orders depend on local customs processing — allow 3–4 weeks; some countries apply their own import taxes and fees.
